BRAND HISTORY
Siglo Moderno is a Los Angeles based design studio and online design shop featuring vintage / antique / contemporary furniture, lighting, and objects of interest. Founded in 2010 by Jorge Luis Cruzata, it originally opened it’s door as a brick and mortar storefront located on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood.
In 2016, Siglo Moderno moved into a 1920’s non-functioning church space in Silverlake as a pop up location where Cruzata hosted various design and art happenings.
Siglo Moderno has evolved into an online store concept continuing to showcase well crafted studio works by local and international designerS and artists. With a distinct VISION and curatorial focus, Cruzata continues to feature a discerning collection of contemporary design AND rare vintage finds.
