Space Copenhagen designed Swoon to fill the gap between a conventional lounge chair and a typical armchair - for use in lounge as well as private homes. The organic, yet structured design olds the seated body and provides an instant feeling of relaxation while offering excellent back support.
Designed by Space Copenhagen in 2016, the chair stylishly combines an injection-moulded shell upholstered in either leather or fabric and soft fabric cushions.
A feature often overlooked in contemporary easy chair design is the need for adequate back support. Swoon has been carefully developed to provide support, and at the same time an immediate feeling of relaxation. The name “Swoon” refers to an instant feeling of rapture and belief in the future.
